Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Phoenix - Chandler - Downtown

The staff was the most supportive I have ever encountered. My husband was in the hospital close by and our little dog was with me. It was a perfect location but more importantly perfect staff who understood our difficulties. The room was perfect and if I needed anything, it was available.

I really loved that the flooring was NOT carpet! Rooms were very clean upon check-in. Bathroom lighting was nice. It felt open concept, so there was a lot of natural light in our room. Parking was east peasy.

Im mainly concerned with cleanliness and it was. Everything you need is available and if its not in the room the front desk can be asked. Breakfast is simple but there. Nights were quiet, no interruptions. Staff at front desk upon check in was exceptional.

Loved that it is big nice, and definitely got my handicap room, the shower was big ,even had a kitchen ,just perfect ! Would most definitely go there again ☺️. They had friendly,kind staff. The rooms were very clean ,clean!

Great wifi, normal size refrigerator, loved the kitchenette, we didn't ask for the kitchen utensils since we use the basics but we were offered.
