Only complaint I have is why have 3 TVs with 3 remotes when they all connect to just 1. Every TV had to be in same channel and if one person changed all changed (channels, volume). I found a work around to turn a TV on without remote but the min you changed channel it triggered the other TV to turn on. Other than that no complaints. I do wish there was a standard broom in the room to sweep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was next door to a Duane Reade (or maybe CVS?) and very close to shopping areas where I could pick up the things I needed. Staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat to shop.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is great and rooms are clean and everything functioned as expected. Quiet area not too far from Gateway airport and many restaurants nearby.

The property was clean, quiet and located conveniently near shopping centers and restaurants. The staff we interacted with was friendly, professional and dedicated to service

The staff was exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the room. The pillows were terrible.

Super clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area was a big bonus.

The staff was the most supportive I have ever encountered. My husband was in the hospital close by and our little dog was with me. It was a perfect location but more importantly perfect staff who understood our difficulties. The room was perfect and if I needed anything, it was available.

The hotel and room were clean. Loved the 2 beds had a divider for added privacy. The staff was very nice and attentive.
